| I actually don't know too much about Sawsbuck...I'm not 100% what it does best, to be honest. Post info here! | |

| sawsbuck is a great pokemon to use in the sun . though it is surprisingly never-used, it is arguably the second best chlorophyll sweeper, after Venusaur of course. Its wide movepool gives it many moves to use and has great stats for an offensive attacker. Though everything isn't good, it can easily be revenge killed by mach punch and ice shard, both very popular moves. One of sawsbucks movesets will be explained below:
Sawsbuck @ Life Orb Ability: Chlorophyll Happiness: 255 EVs:4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe Nature:Jolly/Adamant ~ Swords Dance ~ Horn Leech ~ Return ~ Nature Power / Jump Kick
This set is ONLY to be used on sun teams, as without the sun, its rather hopeless. Swords dance is to double your attack, and your ability will double your speed in sun, so your basically unstoppable. Horn leech is basically a physical Giga drain, so you will hit hard and heal back as well. Return is there because its a solid STAB move, and will always hit hard after a sword dance. for the last move, you either choose nature power (becomes earthquake in WiFi battles) to hit stuff like heatran harder, but if you don't want skarmory stopping you, choose jump kick, but watch out for opponents with protect/ghost types. Life orb's damage really isn't a problem, as Horn Leech will heal it back. I added the happiness as MAXIMUM happiness is vital for a full powered return. After you have filled in all the details, have fun using it | |
